Returns or Exchanges Policy
At 90s Kids, we strive to provide you with high-quality, nostalgic products. Please carefully review our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and order issues:
1. Returns or Exchanges: We have 7 days return policy.
- Condition: Returns and Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item is delivered.
- The item is delivered in a damaged condition.
- Once we will approve the refund, we’ll credit the original amount in the customer’s bank account within 2-3 business days.
- Policy: 90s Kids does not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason like:
- Changes of mind.
- Incorrect sizing (if applicable, please check size charts carefully before ordering).
- Dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance or feel (unless it is defective).
- Reasoning: As a small business specializing in unique and often limited-edition items, we are unable to accommodate standard return and exchange procedures.
2. Reshipment for Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Eligibility: If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a reshipment.
- Procedure:
- You must notify us of the defect or error within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide clear Videographic unboxing evidence of the defect or the incorrect item( Any video recorded after the package has been opened will not be accepted as valid proof).Once we will inspect the video and the product, we’ll redeliver either exchange or replace product it within 7-10 days.

- Upon verification, we will reship the correct or non-defective item to you at no additional cost.
- Limitations:
- Reshipment is contingent upon the availability of the original item. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a comparable replacement or a store credit.
- Reshipment will only be processed after the defective item has been verified.
- Personalized items and Stickers Cannot be returned, It can only be refunded if product is incomplete and defective
3. Order Cancellation:
- Policy: 90s Kids does not allow order cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Reasoning: Our order processing begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy:
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.
- Consequences of Incorrect Address:
- Non-Delivery: If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the order may not be delivered.
- Delivery to Wrong Address: The order may be delivered to the incorrect address.
- Return to Sender: The order may be returned to 90s Kids.
- No Refunds for Address Errors: In any of the above scenarios resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, 90s Kids will not issue a refund.
- Reshipment (If Returned): If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.
5. Order Placement Confirmation:
- Careful Selection: We urge all customers to carefully review their selected products, quantities, and shipping addresses before finalizing their orders.
- Confirmation: By placing an order with 90s Kids, you acknowledge and agree to this No Returns/Exchanges policy.

- Order processing time : 2 working days.
- Shipping : 7- 10 working days.
6. Circumstances beyond our control.
- We do not issue refunds for delivery delays or failed deliveries that are beyond our control. This include, but is not limited to, natural disasters, weather related delays, shipping carrier delays, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
